He is survived by: his wife Kay Riek (Lint); his son Chris Riek (Heather (Hummell) Riek); his grandchildren, Lauren Peterson (Adam Peterson), Nathan Riek and Olivia Riek; his great grandchildren, Hadley Peterson and Bennett Peterson; his siblings, Annette Noll (Dennis Noll), Marisa Williams (Thomas Williams), Gretchen Knupp (Harold Knupp), Rodney Riek (Barbara (Hancock) Riek) and Lance Riek; and his pet Chloe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Journey Church (220 Maple Ave, Johnstown, PA 15901). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Richland Cemetery (1257 Scalp Ave, Johnstown, PA 15904).
