He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Slebodnik and Mary Louise Slebodnik (Gajewski); and his brothers, Richard and Tomas Slebodnik. He is survived by: his daughter Jamie (Brian Schmidt); his grandchildren, Eric, Anthony, Brandon and Emma Schmidt; and his siblings, Robert (Sue), Theresa (Rickey Rager), Michael (Maryanne), Daniel (Padma) and Mary Beth (Tom Koscienski).
