He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Thomas (Pasierb); and his wife Jane A. Thomas (Thompson). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Jodi Blasco), David (Beth Harkelroad), Missy Wincer (Matt) and Alison Luprek (John); his grandchildren, Ashlynn Henry (Adam), Brooklynn Thomas, Apryl Wincer (Spencer Pearson), Branden Wincer, Karla Luprek, Kayla McMunn (Jacob) and Noah Luprek (Sydney Thomas); his great grandchildren, Benjamin McMunn and Caleb McMunn; and his siblings, Dennis Thomas (Diane) and Cindy Utnik (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
