He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Urban and Margaret Urban (Molchany); his brother Robert Urban; and his mother-in-law Bernice Mindala. He is survived by: his wife Denise Urban (Mindala); his children, James Urban (Sharon) and Melissa Johns (Eric Johns) of Gambrills, MD; his granddaughters, Hannah and Jilian; and his brother Francis Urban. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
