She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kot and Jennie J. Kot (DiBuono). She is survived by: her husband Frederick J. Mikula; her daughters, Melissa Fuchs (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Heather Kelly (Tony) of Maryland; her grandsons, Zachary, Nicholas Fuchs of Pittsburgh, Shane and Tyler Kelly of Maryland; her brother Donald Kot of Johnstown; and her nephews, Anthony Jr. Kot and Douglas Kot.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Henderson Funeral Home (2503 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Henderson East Hills, Inc. (2503 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15904).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude, St. Benedict Church or PAN Foundation.
