Mikula; her daughters, Melissa Fuchs (Michael) of Pittsburgh and Heather Kelly (Tony) of Maryland; her grandsons, Zachary, Nicholas Fuchs of Pittsburgh, Shane and Tyler Kelly of Maryland; her brother Donald Kot of Johnstown; and her nephews, Anthony Jr. Kot and Douglas Kot.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude, St. Benedict Church or PAN Foundation.
