Burkhart (Deb) and Donna Scarff (Bob); his children, Jackson Burkhart, Jada Burkhart and Jaylin Burkhart; his siblings, Jenna Burkhart (Steve), Alan Burkhart, Laura Gorham, Cliff Scarff (Dorothy), Elizabeth Scarff, Tim Scarff, Jacklyn Scarff, Rebecca Custer (Walter) and Nathan Scarff; and his siblings' children, Easton, Ella, Aden, Elayna, Karen, Sammy, Emma, James, Ethan and Avery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc. (710 Broad St, Johnstown, PA 15906).
