She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McAleer and Rita McAleer (Bradley); her son John P. Wasnick; and her siblings, David McAleer, Sarah and Rosemary.

She is survived by: her daughter Rita Wasnick; and her siblings, Daniel McAleer (Betty) and Lauriann Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
