It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Dale Smith (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Kuruzovich Smith; his children, Derek Smith, Karen Stevens (Nate) and Nicole Elliott (Scott); his grandchildren, Logan Elliott, Jeffery Hughes, Mitchell Stevens and Mellisa Stevens Smith; and his siblings, Douglas Smith and Sue Smith Norton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
