We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2022, at the age of 78, Joan L. Oswald (Johnstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Bloom and Ethel Bloom (Clites); her husband John; and her sister Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Matthew J. Oswald of Ashville, NC and Amanda J. Harrington (James); her grandchildren, Allie and Ian; and her sister Sandra Buchan of Port Charlotte, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
