He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mikolich and Elizabeth Mikolich (Blanar); and his wife Maryanne Mikolich (Hogue). He is survived by: his sons, John D. Mikolich (Donna) and Kevin C. Mikolich (Wendy); his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Brady Mikolich; his son Bradey Brogden; his brothers, Brian Mikolich (Eve) and Rade Mikolich; and his close friend Sarah Wesner (Peanut). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
