He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burley and Nancy Burley. He is survived by: his wife Veronica (Wilson); and his children, Jonathon Burley, Victor (Illyanna Miller), Luther (Flores) and Jasmine (Flores). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and fur baby.
