He is survived by: his wife Vicki Chamberlain; his children, Lisa Mull and John Shaffer (Heather); his grandchildren, Erica, Mercedes Mull and Brandon Shaffer; his great grandchild Ezra Shaffer; and his siblings, Jacqueline Stegman, Marie Goff and Willian Shaffer (Zoehanna).
