With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Francis Gorka of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gorka and Katherine Gorka (Wesel); his wife Anna Marie Gorka (Ditko); and his siblings, Francis, Andrew, Stanley, John Kleczek, Bertha Stefanik and Ann Marsaro.

He is survived by: his children, Thomas and Timothy (Diane Murray) of Johnstown; and his grandchildren, Adam, Aaron and Maria Gorka.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made, in Joe's name, to St. Jude Children's Hospital, the Alzheimer's Association or a charity of your choice.
