He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. (Tepper); his children, Dr. Joseph (Leisa Pulliam), Dr. Timothy (Pamela Moore), Dr. Susan Cottingham (Thad) and David (Theresa Winter); his grandchildren, Joey, Andrew, Erik (Stephanie), Keri, Karlie and Kyle; his great grandchild Addison Grace; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Tepper (Karen) and Patricia (Doug Broxson).
