He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Stigers, John Stigers (Cheryl Keith) and Rose Anne Penrose; his brothers-in-law, Merle Penrod (Susie) and Arthur Williams; his father-in-law Bruce R Williams; and his pets, Bonnie and Clyde. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
