She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross D. Keiser and Virginia R. Keiser (Margroum); and her sister-in-law Elaine Keiser. She is survived by: her brothers, James A. Keiser of Fontana, CA, William R. Keiser of Wilmington, NC and Edward E. Keiser (Lynn) of Cranberry Township, PA; her nieces, Jennifer Boots (Ken) of Beaver Falls, PA and Sarah Keiser of Butler, PA; and her nephew Thomas Keiser (Dana) of Willow Springs, NC. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
The family suggests contributions be directed to a charity of one's choice in memory of Joyce.
