She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rogers and Ellen Rogers (Boothe); her daughter Denise Dixon; her son-in-law Tim Dixon; and her grandson Billy Porubsky.
She is survived by: her husband Robert A. Varner; her siblings, Linda McKinney, Anna Jarreau and Joe Rogers; and her stepchildren, Barb Hynes (Terry), Robert "Mickey" Varner (Terry), Rodney Varner (Tina) and Susan Varga (Joe). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces and nephews.
