She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis Plowman and Audrey E. Huey (Sunseri); her husband Joseph Witeof; and her nephew Michael Plowman. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles, Edward, Deborah Marshal and George; her stepfather Eugene Huey; and her caregiver Marcia Garretson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
