She was predeceased by: her husband Carlus Sprankle. She is survived by: her children, Katie, Emily (Jasmine), Candice (Josh) and Curt (Art); her grandchildren, Haley, Alivia and Andrew; her sister Kathleen; her pet Dottie; Karen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Karen to the family.
