She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen M. Petak and Sophia M. Petak (Gritzer); her brothers, Charles Petak and Edward Petak; and her son-in-law Paul Rizzo.
She is survived by: her nephew Vincent Petak; her children, Robert Paige, Karen Rizzo, Michele Martin (Kenneth) and Marlene Davis (Joseph); her grandchildren, Paul (Kendra), Lauren, Julia, Rachel, Chloe, Ella and Alison; her siblings, Mildred Beesoick (Edward) and Eugene Petak (Patricia); and her sister-in-law Georgiann.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to St. Jude in Kathleen's memory.
