He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Hoover and Colletta Hoover (Huber); his brother Ronald; his wife Elsie Hoover (Crocefoglia); his sister Carol; and his children, Paulette Denner (Eddie), Mark Hoover (Denise), Gregory Hoover (Christine) and Susan McDonald (Michael). He was also cherished by his ten grandchildren.
