She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Dean and LaVina Layton (Brumbaugh). She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Roxanne (Gary Coates), Pamela Stahl, Sheryll K., Dewey (Colleen) and Jodi (James Youngdahl); and her close friend Randy Syplivy. She is also survived by niece and several nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cambria County Humane Society.
