He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Clayton and Raymond Mickens; and his sister Raeshon Mickens. He is survived by: his children, Roshon Fields, Cassandra Ford (Antonnio) and Lewis "Juggie" Malcolm; his siblings, Leah Clayton, Rae Lynne Mickens, Troy Wilson and Raymond Mickens Jr. A; his niece Crystal "Muff"; and his close friends, Artie D. Lightfoot, Cordy Gunby and Robyn Custer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
