She was predeceased by: her parents, Norbert Jordan and Rose Marie Jordan Sr. (Killian); her husband John "Chumpy" Derenak; her brother Jack Jordan (Jewel); and her brother-in-law Stanley Mikulsky.
She is survived by: her children, John N. Derenak Jr. (Jean), Lynn (Douglas Wyatt) of Tulsa, OK and Pamela (Peter DiMarino) of Amarillo, TX; her grandchildren, Justin Derenak, Lauren (Chad Kamler), Dr. Graydon Wyatt (Madeline Russell), Tyler DiMarino (Kelsey) and Taylor DiMarino; her great grandchild Zayden Derenak; and her siblings, Norbert "Slim" Jordan (Florence "Tootie"), Dean Jordan (Patricia) and Carol Mikulsky.
