He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Richard Azer (Robin), Michele Azer (Scott Cahoone), Melissa Azer (David Saintsing) and Christian Azer; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Eric, Luke Azer, Zachary, Lauren Cahoone, Ryan and Katie Reid.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Westmont Presbyterian Church or Windber Hospice, in gratitude for the compassionate care provided by the hospice staff.
