She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hines and Cleo Hines (Karcher); her husband Gerald L. Brown; her daughter Maria Margaret (Alexandra Maria "Sasha"); her brothers, John and Owen; and her stepson Philip Edward.
She is survived by: her son Patrick (Jennifer Shull); her stepsons, Richard (Christine) and Jeffrey; her son-in-law Kenneth Smith; and her grandchildren, Daniel (Amy), Rebecca, Daisy, Noel, Lillian, Lyric and Clayton. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Audubon Society or St. Benedict Church.
