She was predeceased by: her parents, John Siska and Helen Siska (Chalupka); her husband Robert C. Klesch; her siblings, Catherine Pollock, Anna Albacete, Helen Bond, Steve, Joseph, Baby, John, Andrew, Edward and Albert; and her daughter-in-law Janine Klesch.
She is survived by: her children, David, Michael (Heather) and Theresa (Paul Smith); and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Stephanie Smith, Robert Klesch and Alexis Klesch. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Margaret's name to the Gabriel Project of St. Francis of Assisi Church at 120 Barron Ave., Johnstown PA 15906.
