He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Matthew P. Sr. Tisinger and Doris C. Tisinger (Toney); his wife Marsha (Morris); and his siblings, Matthew Jr., Robert, Anthony and Laire Gaskins.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Tisinger of Georgia, Damita "Nikki" Manson of Johnstown, Raymond Morris of Johnstown, Casandra "Pooh" Cunningham of Johnstown and Mark Edward "Eddie" Jr. of Johnstown; his siblings, Rev. Theodore Tisinger (Linda Faye) of Johnstown, Alex Tisinger of Johnstown, Rev. Loretta Hughes of Johnstown and Linda K. Smith of Johnstown; his nephews, Theodore Tisinger Jr. and Justin Tisinger Sr.; and his close friends, Bruce Wade, Oscar Cashaw and Bishop David March. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
