She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Wallace and Paul Wallace. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha B. Shaffer of Altoona, PA; her siblings, Cindy Gibbs (Wallace) of Lake Ariel and Paul S. Wallace of Lake Ariel; and her friends, James Shaffer of Scranton, Helene, Greg Dando of Clarks Summit, Eleanor Ginitz of Danville and Lory Henry of Orlando Florida. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
