She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Bellvia and Carmella Bellvia (Casale). She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Donate, Miller (Ernest Miller), Brenda Baumgardner, Tina Donate of Cranston, RI, Teresa Pacecca (Charles) of Seattle, WA, C's and David Donate Owner (Lisa Rager) of The Orchard; and her niece Marie Jo Plummer. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great – great grandchild, several other nieces and nephews.
