Mary Ellen Leonard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Ellen Leonard of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hecker and Anna Mae Hecker (Hipp); her husband Michael "Jack" Leonard; her siblings, James, Robert, Andrew Hecker and Jo Ann Kriss; and her sister-in-law Fern "Che Che" Hecker.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, David (Morgan), Tyler Micik (Elsie), Christopher and Morgan Shumaker; her stepgrandchildren, Brandy and Joey Hunter; and her sister-in-law Christine Hecker (MaryAnn Hecker). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
