She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bacha and Mary Bacha (Duray). She is survived by: her husband Michael Matolyak Sr.; her children, Michael Matolyak Jr. (Joye), Marian Leverknight and Marlene Matolyak; her sister Anna Catherine Holtzman; her grandchildren, Kelly Faulkner (James), Kristin Moore (Aaron), Lori Leverknight, Courtney Matolyak and Dr. Lindsay Matolyak (AJ Ferraz); and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Reese, Clark and Felix.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cambria County Animal Shelter.
