She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kopco and Catherine Kopco; her husband John H. Locher; and her siblings, Emery, Margaret Benyacko, Agnes Young and Betty Bowser.
She is survived by: her children, Jacklyn (John Pietron) of Windber, PA and Gary Locher of Johnstown, PA; her grandson Donny Thomas (Dana); her sister Anna Stutzman; and her nieces, Jeanie Reckner and Susan Parks. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
