It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ramirez of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Alessandro and Giovanna Alessandro (Gigliotti); her husband William; and her siblings, Anthony, John, Serafina and Rita.

She is survived by: her children, William (Patricia), Larry (Eileen), Joseph (Veronica), Rose Marie Riek (Frank), Anthony (Suzanne) and Ron (Wendy); her sister Viola Najjar; and her niece Deb Polca. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave., Windber PA 15963.
