He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew J. Scislowicz and Dorothy M. Scislowicz (Czajkowski); and his in-laws, A. Wayne Corle and Opal J. Corle. He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Scislowicz (Corle); his son Jeremy M. Scislowicz (Misty); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Scislowicz (Jadon Heider) of Johnstown and Jordan Scislowicz of Johnstown; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Cover, Marsha Quinn (John) and Lisa Mueller (Walter). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be directed to Oakland Church, 1504 Bedford Street, Johnstown, PA 15902 in memory of Matthew.
