He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas V. and Mary G. Giardina (Slater); his brother Thomas R. Giardina; and his former wife Mary D. Mitchell. He is survived by: his daughter Angelina; his granddaughter Jade Adams; his siblings, Carmela (Barry Davis), Louie (Mary Elizabeth), Joseph (Fran), Rachael (Carl Horner) and John "Bubba" Campbell; and his pet Maggie May. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
