He was predeceased by: his father Raymond F. Conway. He is survived by: his mother Harriet E. Conway (Penrod); his siblings, Larry Conway (Karen) and Christine Grubbs (James) of Burlington, KY; his niece Amanda Conway; his nephew Matthew Conway; his great-nephew Carter Fannie; and his cousin Leo Conway. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.
