It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Louise Elliott of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Bowser and Doris Bowser (Miller); and her siblings, William Dennis Bowser, Gary Bowser, Beverly Dunn and David Bowser.
She is survived by: her husband Glen; her brothers, Joel Bowser, Charles Bowser (Vivian) and Douglas Bowser (Kathy); her children, Dr. Glen William (Michelle) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Dr. Douglas Jay (Audrey) of Bedford, NH, Phillip Gene (Wendy) of Hawaii and Jill Lynnae Hebert (Kevin) of West Hartford, CT; her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Isabella, Brielle, Graciahna, Jack, Sophie, Kyra, Tate, Kaylee and Mason; and her pet Saydee Pearl.
