She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kelly and Rosella Kelly (Foltin); her husband Paul W. Piatek; and her siblings, Donald Kelly, Lawrence Kelly and Patricia Kubala (Kelly).
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Hedman, Joseph Piatek, Susan Smith (James) and Shawn Piatek (Theresa (Harodetsky)); her grandchildren, Paul E. Piatek, Cassandra Smith, Jolynda Dibert (Tyler), Zach Smith, Jared Piatek, Nick Piatek, Reese Koback and Cameron Koback; her great grandchildren, Jason, Elijah, Daniel, Nova, Mea and Chason; and her brother Thomas Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations in his memory be made to Highland Health Free Medical Clinic or St. Benedict's Catholic Church.
