Nicholas Patrick Forosisky Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nicholas Patrick Forosisky of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 14, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Nicholas' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nicholas has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas M. Forosisky and Amelia "Molly" Forosisky (Klucik). He is survived by: his wife Luray Forosisky (Reighard); and his siblings, David (Jan), Michael Forosisky, Linda Frick, Theresa "Tess" Diamond (Dave) and Mary Kay.
