He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Masoryak Madison (Dill); his stepfather Mark "Fred" Madison; his siblings, Kimberly (Mark Thomas), Darren Masoryak (Jean Yakulik), Vicky (Robert Lonsinger, Jr.) and Christie (Ron Haynal); his niece Jocelyn (Dylon Hudson); his great-niece Carmendy Hudson; his niece Teasha (Zachary Brydon); his great-nephew Bowen; his nephews, Nathan Thomas, Jordan Lonsinger and Bryce Thomas; his uncle Barry; and his friends, Ken and Jill Oppy.
In lieu of flowers donations can be directed to Nick's family where they will distribute them according to Nick's wishes.
