It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nina L. Debias (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), born in South Fork, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas E. Debias; and her siblings, Carmel Scrofani (Nancy) and Frances Ruddeck (Hans). She is survived by: her children, Cindy Shawley (Gary), Nick Debias (Renee Kelly) and Michele Hershberger (Greg Domonkos); her grandchildren, Danie Bryce (Dave), Carly Thomas (Aaron), Tiffany Debias, Samantha Leibreich (Ryan) and Erin Debias; her great grandchildren, Isla, Austin, Finley, Rory, Devin and Luke; and her son-in-law Rod Hershberger. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to Solomon Run Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary in memory of Nina.
