She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lambert and Dorothy (Smith); and her brother Robert Lambert. She is survived by: her daughters, Stacie Holsinger (Timothy Rose) and Tricia Barclay; her sister Joanne Weaver of Northampton, PA; and her sister-in-law Carol Lambert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pet Food Pantry at St. Mark's, 335 Locust St., Johnstown, PA 15901, in Patricia's memory.
