She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen M. Tomchik and Rose Tomchik (Barley); her granddaughter Amanda Lynn Fultz; her brother Francis Jerome; her daughter-in-law Theresa Fultz; and her sisters, Mary Louise Smith (James), Rose Alice Dill (Earl) and Dorothy McGill.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Urbasik of Johnstown, Carol J. Riley (Roy) of Boswell, Thomas M. of Hollsopple, David A. (Crystal) of Johnstown, Paul F. (Theresa) of Friedens and Rose A. Dill (Stephen) of Pueblo West, CO.; and her brother Stephen M. Tomchik Jr. (Marion) of Williamsburg, PA. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
