She was predeceased by : her parents, George Mandichak and Eleanor Mandichak (Donahue); and her sister-in-law Debbie Mandichak (Salem). She is survived by : her brothers, Ed (Margo) of Safety Harbor, FL. and Jim (Mary Lou); her nieces and nephews, Shaun (Topjee), Michaela (Kyle), Leah, Chad (Chris) and Ian (Sheena); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Reagan, Zane, Finn, Reid and Tenzin; her friend Peggy Cavanaugh; her cousin Steven George Donahue (Gloria); and also CiCi.
