She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward E. Butterworth and Grace Butterworth (Smith); and her husband Harry Yingling. She is survived by: her sons, Shaun A. Yingling, Douglas P. Ickes of Alexandria, VA and Edward "Teddy" Ickes of Richmond, VA..

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital, 1645 West 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
