She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul L. Strait and Edna Mae Strait (Edwards); her husband Everett P.; her siblings, James Lloyd, Barbara Lee McKinney and Diane Carolus; and her nephew Paul Robert Carolus.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven P. Whistler (Lisa) and Daniel Lee Whistler; her grandchildren, Chelsea Ann Whistler (Jeffrey Meden), Samantha Elaine (Matthew Miller) and Daniel Lee Whistler, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Landon Patrick Miller and Conor Allen Meden.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in memory of Paulette.
