It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny M. Mishler of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman T. Hillman and Helen Hillman; her former husband Burt McMasters, Jr.; and her sons, Rustin, Randall McMasters, Brother Norman Hillman, Jr. and Ronald Mishler.
She is survived by: her children, Reginald McMasters, Robert McMasters, Rhonda McConnell and Ryan McMasters; and her siblings, Rodney (Sherry Hillman) and Twila Rice. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
