Sr. Bertolino and Bernice "Maggie" Bertolino (Mickus); his wife Catherine "Kay" Bertolino (Evacko); his brother John L.; his sisters-in-law, Agnes and Martha Bertolino; his nephews, Michael Bertolino and Kevin Smay; his niece Theresa Fleck; his great-niece Nicole Bertolino; and his great-nephew Kyle Fleck.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy (Jeff Madison); his grandchildren, Jonathan and Erin; and his brothers, James and Charles (Mary Ann).
