She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Reed and Frieda Reed (Yutzey); and her husband William Slagle. She is survived by: her children, Dorsey (Ashley), Billy Joe (Denise), Rose Humbert (James) and Susan Slagle (Fred Hunley); her siblings, Ernest Reed (Charlotte) and Dolores Plummer (Charles); and her close friends, Eddie and Bonnie Penrod. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; many step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
